Let me introduce myself as the Reservations and Operations Manager for Enchanting-India and Enchanting-Asia, a boutique travel company headquartered in Germany with its Asian and Indian head office in Bangalore India. We focus on providing luxury, personalized travel arrangements to high end discerning travelers from Germany, Italy, France, Spain, UK, UAS, Canada and Australia.

We are a fairly young company who started with India as our major destination over 5 years back and then expanded slowly to Sri Lanka and Maldives in a year. We then took our major expansion to our next destination Africa (www.enchanting-africa.com). We later expanded to South America as well last year (www.enchanting-southamerica.com). As a part of Asian destinations, we have our operations in Nepal, Bhutan and Myanmar now. We see our expansion to Cambodia next as a part of brand Enchanting-Asia.

We serve high end clients from Germany and other European nations like the Spain, France, Italy and Austria along side with English speaking countries like the USA, Britain and Australia. With the widespread market and personalized service levels we have been able to provide lot of high end clients to several destinations. We deal with the luxury hotels like the Aman, Oberoi and Taj resorts in India and majorly the CC Africa lodges in Africa. We as well have clients who travel with us to get an authentic feel of the country and would like to get a feel of the place they travel, like staying in boutique home stays or small haveli accommodation as well which were princely houses. While we deal only with the leisure markets, we as well see this as our strength. This was just to give you a profile and over view on our company.

With this regards as a part of our initial research of the country, I would appreciate if you can give us some recommendation for some hotels, resorts and counterparts in terms of hoteliers we can meet. We are attending the ITB Asia and we believe this to be a great platform for us to meet all the major Cambodian, Vietnamese and Laos operators.

Your support for us in the same would be highly appreciated and I look forward to meeting you at the ITB. Do let me know a time convenient on the 22nd or 23rd October 2009.
